I'm not a guru.
I'm a practitioner.

Over 8 years of training and helping warriors build the bodies they deserve. My approach is built on science, periodization and discipline — not TikTok trends.

ISSA Certified trainer, strength practitioner, creator of the RPG fitness system VLTHR. I specialize in hypertrophy, body recomposition and building training habits that survive the long campaign.
