• The VLTHR app — a training app with free and paid subscription tiers.
• Battle Plans — ready-made digital training programs, unlocked inside the app.

VLTHR provides fitness coaching and training content, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have a medical condition or injury, are pregnant, or take medication.

You train at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. Game mechanics such as experience points, streaks and levels exist to motivate you — never train through pain or skip planned rest to protect a streak.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. One account per person.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment processing, taxes, customer service inquiries related to payment, and returns. Prices are shown in USD; Paddle may display your local currency and adds applicable taxes at checkout.

Paid app subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Mentoring packages have a minimum commitment of three months, billed monthly. Real transformation takes longer than a month, and the minimum term lets us plan your campaign properly. After the minimum term, mentoring continues month to month and you can cancel before your next billing date. Your statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy.

Founding member rates stay locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies.

Your training data belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never publish your progress photos, results or testimonials without your separate, explicit permission.

Training programs, app content and materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell or republish them.

Experience points, levels, titles, ranks, cosmetic items and any in-app currencies have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and we may rebalance them to keep the game fair.

Don’t falsify training data to climb rankings, harass other users, attempt to access other accounts, or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
